Terms of use

Last updated 25 August 2026. These terms cover your use of this website. They are not our enrolment contract — enrolment terms are issued with your child's place.

Using this site

The content here is for information about our school. We keep it accurate and current, but details such as programmes, session times, fees and availability may change. Nothing on this site is an offer of a place.

Enquiries and applications

Submitting an enquiry does not reserve a place. Applications are reviewed in the order they are completed, and places are confirmed in writing by the school. The founding family offer is limited to the first 20 completed applications for the 2026 – 27 academic year; its full terms are on the admissions page.

Our content

The Evergreen name, mark, photography and written content on this site belong to Evergreen Early Learning Centre LLC. Please do not reproduce them without our permission.

Other sites

Our family portal at app.evergreenelc.ae and our map are separate services with their own terms. We are not responsible for the content of any site we link to.

Who may use this site

This site is intended for adults enquiring about or arranging early years education. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data submitted by a child. If you believe a child has sent us information, tell us and we will delete it.

Accuracy and liability

We publish this site in good faith and take care to keep it correct, but we give no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every detail is current at the moment you read it. Nothing here forms an offer of a place, a guarantee of availability, or educational or medical advice.

To the extent permitted by UAE law, Evergreen Early Learning Centre LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the one that applies, and the date at the top shows when it last changed. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in force.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
